Job Title: Talent Recruitment and Assessment Specialist

Reporting to: Human Resources Manager
About the position:
As our Talent Recruitment and Assessment Specialist will act as a link between Opibus and new potential employees. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting the company's hiring managers by creating strong talent pipelines, sourcing candidates, planning interview & selection procedures, scheduling assessments, and actively sharing feedback with all applicants.
You will need to be knowledgeable in recruitment practices and be a critical thinker as you may have to come up with creative recruitment plans. You will need to be fluent in tech tools including Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack, Team Tailor, and be a expert in the basics. Knowledge of social media is preferred, especially LinkedIn. You will be the point of communication between applicants and the hiring teams so strong communication skills are a must and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and modern company.
Skills and Knowledge, specifically needed for the position:
- HR recruitment practices
- Assessment methodologies such as interview best practice, remote hiring methods, and tests
- Technical skills in various communication and management tools
- Good writer and communicator
A Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business course or similar would be a real asset but we also value real world experience!
